Hi I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in some sort of book swap. I've just finished John Kempf, Quality Agriculture. I'd like to read Gary Zimmer, Biological Farming. Unfortunately a lot of the books I have bought on kindle or audible, trying to buy the physical copies going forward though.

Been talking to a few folk about books recently and remembered this post, so thought I'd share my current collection. I must admit the only one I have read front to back is James Rebanks 'An English Pastoral', such a beautifully written book. The others I jump in and out of every now and then, or if I want to learn something specific. 'The Killing of our Countryside' by Graham Harvey had me in tears at times as it tells the story of how agriculture changed with policy over the years, some sad truths in there.
Newman Turners Fertility Pastures was first publised in 1955 but is bang on trend right now. His multi species mixes are not far off what we are experimenting with currently, only he sowed docks - on purpose!
Turns out the sheep manual is a bit pants, becasue I'm still a crap shepherd!! 😂
